In an article yesterday at firstcoastnews.com called "DUI Pizza Guy Busted For Delivering Under the Influence," by Kyle Meenan, it is reported that:

According to Maddox's arrest report a BOLO --or "be on the lookout" -- was issued earlier in the day to JSO for a white van with a Papa John's sign on top.
An officer arrived to the Margaret Street pizzeria, and soon after, Maddox showed up. But Officer L.L. Coyle told First Coast News she couldn't arrest Maddox for being intoxicated because he was inside the store. He was not driving or behind the wheel.
"I told the manager that he (Maddox) should not be allowed to drive," said Officer Coyle.
