In an article today at newsday.com called "Wyoming crime unit busts Internet child predators," by Bob Moen, Associated Press writer, it is reported that:

... Santa Claus is now behind bars at the Wyoming State Penitentiary, serving a three-to-five year prison sentence after being convicted of attempted indecent liberties with a child. The man was arrested after Waters and other undercover agents posing as a young girl on the Internet arranged to meet him in the mall.
